You know what? I’ve totally given up on trying to make sense of the band names people come up with these days; I’m sure at one point folks were all “WTF?” when Led Zeppelin hit the scene, so moving on.
The Scottish lads We Were Promised Jetpacks have just dropped another round of post-punkish rockers with their latest album, In the Pit of the Stomach and they’re coming to the Music Box on 11/10/11 along with the badass Nashville rockers Royal Bangs and Bear Hands. Take a moment to “Roll Up Your Sleeves”:
If you want to score a pair of tickets to the show, your mission is to leave us a comment with a band name that you think is ridiculous. Come on, even if the music is awesome, you know the band is just wrong
