High on the buzz-o-meter is tUnE-yArDs (aka Merrill Garbus) and it is definitely one of the more unique (translation: wonderfully weird) music projects to come out of California’s equally unique indie universe as she uses tribal beats, intricate vocal loops, layers of percussion, a ukulele, and face paint to bring the awesome noise. tUnE-yArDs, along with Cut Chemist, and Pat Jordache are coming to the Music Box in Los Angeles on November 3rd. A full night of intriguing and offbeat pop music and trust us, you’ll want to be there. Let us help you with that.
Since it’s close to Halloween, leave us a comment telling what you’re dressing up as this year.
