Rodrigo y Gabriela played the Hollywood Palladium on Saturday night in support of their newest release, Area 52, which came out in January of this year. Recorded in Havana and featuring C.U.B.A, a full Cuban Orchestra, Area 52 reminds fans that Rodrigo and Gabriela are not ready to settle down and commit to a genre. Watching them make music on their own is a must-do — but with the full back up band, it was electrifying.
