PICTURE THIS: Of Monsters And Men + PAPA @ The Observatory, Santa Ana 8/8/12

Last Wednesday night at The Observatory was jam packed with people waiting to see Of Monsters And Men. But before the headliners took the stage, PAPA, a Los Angeles-based band, took the stage and captivated the crowd with their tunes. When they were done the crowd cheered and yelled for more, but it was time for OMAM. The band took the stage with dim lights and a started off slow, but a minute or two into the song, the lights exploded and the whole room was lit. The energy from the band was great and everyone enjoyed it. The crowd sang along and clapped to the beat of all the songs. It’s easy to see how they would be headlining festivals this summer.
