The rockin” duo from San Diego with their dirty blues were sandwiched bewtixt DJ Harry Duncan and the vintage ska sounds of The Specials. An interesting combo that seemed to work, it all

made sense once CC (of Little Hurricane) remarked that she grew up wanting to be in a ska band, and here she was opening for one. Displaying some amazing barefoot drumming, CC sported a smile the entire set.

Bay Area, you”ll have one more opportunity to see/hear Little Hurricane when they open for The Stone Foxes at The Fillmore on Saturday, May 4th.
