PREVIEW: Rin Tin Tiger @ Great American Music Hall, SF 7/26/2012

July 19. 2012 | By Katie

San Francisco’s Rin Tin Tiger is ready to celebrate. They’ve worked hard the past few years, spreading their charming indie folk around the Bay—they’ve played Left Coast Live and Noise Pop, gotten love from heaps of local outlets (Live 105, The Bay Bridged, SF Weekly), and routinely hit the streets to busk some tunes. All that work is about to pay off: the trio is gearing up to release their new LP, Toxic Pocketbook, on July 24th.

Join the band at Great American Music Hall on July 26th for a double release show with Tumbleweed Wanderers, and hear their energetic alt-folk for yourself. If the preview on Bandcamp is any indication, Toxic Pocketbook will be a fresh, spirited, folktastic treat.
