PICTURE THIS: Maxïmo Park + Eternal Summers @ Rickshaw Stop, SF 5/15/14

British rockers, Maxïmo Park brought their rock show to San Francisco’s crown indie rock venue, the Rickshaw Stop on Thursday. A massive crowd packed the place full of energy in which singalongs and even a lady passing out made for a memorable night. Much to Maxïmo Park’s credit, the band even stopped the show mid-song in time for frontman, Paul Smith to jump down off-stage to offer the lady water and make sure she was okay. It’s very nice to see a band that truly cares about the well being of their fans. More bands could use a lesson from Maxïmo Park on how to show true class. Maximo Park provided a brilliantly witty and inspired performance. Virginia band, Eternal Summers provided support.
