With a folky sound to the dual lead vocals, House of Hats understands that patience is a virtue in folk music. The rich sounds of instrumentation compliment the male/female vocals softly with slower tempo songs that keep the listener’s attention with emotional undertones of content and peace.

This style translates well onto a live stage as indicated by they 100+ shows House of Hats performed in their very first year, 2012. With the combination of this momentum and the hard workers that make up this band, it’s clear that 2013 will shape up to be equally exciting and we’ve likely not heard the last of this band nor will we any time soon. Listen to “Never Lost” (below) to get a taste of their folk flavor.
