Phosphorescent phosbeach

Phosphorescent is the indie rock project of Athens, Georgia-born, Brooklyn-based musician Matthew Houck, but his music is more on the scale of a small orchestra. “Song For Zula,” the luscious, strings-and-synth-heavy first single off their upcoming record Muchacho, was named “Best New Music” by Pitchfork. Want to lose yourself in the band’s live performance? The Owl Mag has a pair of free tickets to see Phosphorescent at The Indy.

To win tickets to see Phosphorescent at The Indy on April 6th, email with your full name in the body and “Phosphorescent @ The Indy, SF” in

the subject line. Best of luck!
