YOU GOTTA SEE THIS: “Something in Between” by Porcelain Raft

To be honest, I have no idea what’s going on in this video. Even after reading Porcelain Raft‘s YouTube description of “Somewhere In Between,” admitting confusion would be putting it mildly. A roaming flashlight acts as stock footage projector, flips to a late night talk show and… spins a doily? The distortion-drenched tune is enthralling enough that one shouldn’t worry too much about comprehension. Supposedly, if we lose interest in trying to decipher the visuals, we could take a cue from the song’s genre and gaze at our shoes.
