YOU GOTTA SEE THIS: “Looking Glass” by Sleepy Rebels

Bathed in muted colors, the video for Sleepy Rebels‘ “Looking Glass” is as serene as the song itself. There isn’t exactly a storyline: singer Erica Driscoll walks around a movie set designed like a picturesque European village. Although she is essentially alone, the other two members of the trio can occasionally be seen plucking guitars in the shadows. The effect is eerily somber—though Driscoll sings about love and beauty, there’s some sadness in her lonely stroll through a fictional town.
