Here’s your mid-day pick me up courtesy of Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros. Hurray for leaks! This one, “That’s What’s Up”, off of their forthcoming album Here (May 29) is just in time for sunny weather … please come soon. It’s what I imagine lens flares and Joshua Tree hack sessions sound like. It’s got the same bouncy, girl/guy harmonies, and folky instrumentation that had us rolling dreads in 2009. (I said dreads.)
