With the 50th anniversary of the Summer of Love in San Francisco this year, it’s fitting that Laura Marling appeared on a flower covered stage for her performance at The Fillmore, the quintessential San Francisco venue. Marling performed tracks mostly off her new album Semper Femina with a smattering of older songs. We have to think Marling’s folksy music went over well with the ghosts that haunt the nooks and crannies of The Fillmore from the Summer of Love. Laura Marling is on tour in North America through the end of May 2017.
