FROM THE NEWS NEST: Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong headlines “American Idiot” and more.

Greenday frontman Billy Joe Armstrong makes his Broadway debut Tuesday Sept. 28 as the lead character in American Idiot, the musical inspired by Greenday’s album of the same name (for those of you who have been under a rock, obviously).

Wyclef Jean is disgusted
