We hate that we weren’t at Lollapalooza in Chicago this weekend, especially when we keep getting it rubbed in our faces how awesome Arcade Fire was last night! So in turn, dear readers, we’re rubbing it in your face.
The time has arrived: Lollapalooza has answered our requests — all right, whiny and pretty pitiful begging — to know who the heck is playing the Chicago festival. Be prepared to fork over good money, because this is going to be one hell of a show!
Julian Casablancas is giving the boys of the Strokes a break in the recording studio by not being there. Casablancas plans to join in later during the recording process to give the band an opportunity to record without his big opinions there to stunt the creative process.
