As a part of a guerrilla marketing campaign for Roger Waters The Wall 30th anniversary tour, street artists have been tagging various locations in NYC and L.A. with an anti-war quote from former president Dwight D. Eisenhower. One artist hit the wrong wall, tagging a known memorial of Elliot Smith to the outrage of a ton of Smith fans.
