The Boy Least Likely To has a sound all its own. Existing in a man-child arrested development innocence with dark adult thoughts, “The Law of the Playground” is light and happy on the surface, as well as a little surreal. Their sound has been described as “country disco,†but “country cartoon†is more fitting.
