The Owl Mag Presents: Live Screening of Mogwai’s film ‘Burning’ 12PM/PST
We jumped at the opportunity to offer a virtual screening of the live film Burning—a collaboration between Mogwai and La Blogotheque directors Vincent Moon and Nathanael Le Scouarnac—especially since we’ve been teased with trailers and clips over the past few months (watch “I’m Jim Morrison, I’m Dead”). Well, you don’t have to wait for it to hit the big screen, just close the office door, pull out the pack lunch, and put some headphones on. We’ve got your special screening right here. The Parisian duo of Moon and Le Scouarnac (of La Blogotheque) captured live footage from Mogwai’s three-night residency at Brooklyn’s Music Hall of Williamsburg in April 2009.
Bonus: Stuart Braighwaite of Mogwai and Vincent Moon, director of the film will be answering questions after the screening!
