John Vanderslice Maintains Indie Wizardry w/ ‘White Wilderness’

Oh John. You get us every time. How you’ve managed to maintain that cool, seductive, contemplative pop sound thru the years is true wizardry. It probably has a lot to do with your willingness to evolve. This time a change in recording methodology has opened the door to many layers and spontaneity. For that we can thank Minna Choi and the Magik*Magik Orchestra. We appreciate JV taking it to a whole new level of indie coolness on “Sea Salt” and look forward to his latest, White Wilderness (out 1/25).
