We’re going to be completely honest, guys. We considered this a news item so we could post a photo of the out-of-control hot Christina Hendricks (pictured). Broken Bells have somehow recruited the most smokin’ woman on television (Mad Men’s Joan Holloway) to appear as a “beautiful android” in their video for “A Ghost Inside.” We approve.

Bono has had to postpone U2‘s North American tour due to emergency spinal surgery in Germany last week after the frontman was admitted to the hospital in severe pain. The whole band is “devastated” at the turn of events, which will sideline Bono for at least eight weeks while he recovers.

True Blood, another TV show that we’re huge fans of, has recruited quite the awesome list of musicians to contribute to their soundtrack. Elvis Costello, the Eels, M. Ward and Lucinda Williams are all on board to contribute songs to the vampire drama’s third season. As Costello says, “Who isn’t a fan of nakedness and vampirism?”
