FROM THE NEWS NEST: La Roux to tour U.S. and more.

La Roux (pictured), the U.K dance duo who keep getting bigger and bigger stateside thanks to singles like “Bulletproof” and “In For the Kill,” will be touring the U.S. this fall. Sadly, by the U.S., we mean only the east coast, but a girl can dream that La Roux will head out west to San Francisco. From our mouth to that super-hot redhead’s ears!

At Friday night’s Guns N’ Roses appearance at Britain’s Reading Festival, fans were more than a little upset when the band’s set was cut short, prompting Axl Rose to finish “Paradise City” via megaphone. Festival organizers had warned Rose and co. that they had a strict 11:30 p.m. curfew and the band still started an hour late.

Last week Stone Temple Pilots frontman Scott Weiland ate it off the stage during a performance in Cincinnati. Weiland resumed the set appearing unharmed after some security men lifted him back on stage. What a fucking rock star.
