FROM THE NEWS NEST: Katy Perry bares too much for Sesame Street and more.
Oh, Katy Perry! Here you were doing something for the kids, and parents found your bustier way too provocative for the toddler set. Perry responded that the video was still available on her website.
San Franciscans, get your cardigans and emo glasses ready, because Weezer has officially announced some of the first dates of their Memories tour. The tour will feature the band performing their two most famous albums, their self-titled “Blue Album” and Pinkerton. Weezer will stop in San Francisco Nov. 29 and 30 at the Nob Hill Masonic Center.
Lupe Fiasco has recruited a number of fans to join him in a protest of his record label’s New York offices Oct. 15 for something he’s dubbed “Fiasco Friday.” Fiasco is protesting the fact that Atlantic Records has not released his third studio album Lasers despite the fact that he’s been done with it since early July. We don’t know if this is stupid or brilliant.
