True story: my first review for The Owl Mag was The New Pornographers‘ (pictured) Twin Cinema. So I’m getting a little weepy and nostalgic to let you kids know that the Canadian supergroup’s latest album Together is streaming in full before its release next week! It’s like they took the band and plugged it in — they’re so much more electric five years later!

International (if international consists of NYC and Montreal) duo Chromeo has announced that they are releasing their third studio album Business Casual August 17 on Atlantic Records. And if that’s not soon enough for you, Chromeo will be embarking on a 23-date U.S. tour this summer.

The once and future pop star Christina Aguilera really means business with this comeback: she’s baiting us with the promise of one hot new video, which will premiere Friday at 12:01 a.m. The video for “Not Myself Tonight” features Aguilera in a high-waisted knee length latex skirt. Meow.
