FROM THE NEWS NEST: Erykah Badu avoids jail time and more.

Back in March Erykah Badu (pictured) released a video for “Window Seat” that showed her naked at Dealey Plaza in Dallas, TX. The singer was charged with disorderly conduct after witnesses at the shoot complained. Badu has since paid a $500 fine and in on six months probation.

Looks like shock rocker Marilyn Manson and his smoking hot actress girlfriend Evan Rachel Wood are off again. The 41-year-old musician had proposed to Wood, 22, this past January at a concert in Paris, but the couple broke up sometime last week.

Killers frontman Brandon Flowers performed his first show in support of his upcoming solo debut Flamingo this past weekend. The show, which was sold out, was performed in Flowers’ hometown of Vegas, and featured the unveiling of many songs off the new album, due Sept. 14.
