FROM THE NEWS NEST: San Francisco Favorites Birds & Batteries Are Kickstartin’ Their New Video

As their 4th full-length album, Stray Light, draws closer and closer to completion, Birds & Batteries have teamed up with Sirocco Research Labs to produce a music video extravaganza for their new song “Let the Door Swing.” Jimmy Marble, along with his team of actors, dancers, animators, and technicians from Sirocco Research Labs, are creating a universe for this song, but in order for the band to get their music video created and album mastered, they are using Kickstarter to help generate some much needed revenue. Here’s some of what Michael Sempert of Birds & Batteries had to say about the music video, “We really expect the final result to be cosmic and beautiful and fun and mysterious and psychedelic as well.”

As Birds & Batteries continue to work with Sirocco Research Labs on their new video and John Greenham, award-winning music mastering genius, on mastering their album, you can contribute to help them complete their creative endeavors. If you would like to donate to the cause and for further information, please visit their Kickstarter page!
