Welcome back to Tracks of the Week, kicking off in the Bay Area with “Playing House”, the latest from R.E. Seraphin. His new EP Swingshift is out tomorrow on Mt St Mtn. Bringing the noise since 1997, Oneida is back with a new LP Success, due out 8/19 on Joyful Noise Records. Check out the first single “I Want To Hold Your Electric Hand”.

A stash of cassettes in a suitcase not opened since 1999 have yielded an unexpected coda to the story of German outfit Saâda Bonaire1992 is the fruit of those tapes, with the first single a cover of James Brown’s “Woman”. Like the self-titled compilation from almost a decade ago, it’s brought to you by Captured Tracks, and available now. Finishing up the week in style, LA’s Miya Folick follows up her 2018 breakthrough Premonitions with a new single, “Oh God”, out now on Stop Talking/Nettwerk.
