Phosphorescent phosbeach

Phosphorescent is the indie rock project of Athens, Georgia-born, Brooklyn-based musician Matthew Houck, but his music is more on the scale of a small orchestra. “Song For Zula,” the luscious, strings-and-synth-heavy first single off their upcoming record Muchacho, was named “Best New Music” by Pitchfork. Want to lose yourself in the band’s live performance? The Owl Mag has a pair of free tickets to see Phosphorescent at The Indy.

To win tickets to see Phosphorescent at The Indy on April 6th, email contests@theowlmag.com with your full name in the body and “Phosphorescent @ The Indy, SF” in

the subject line. Best of luck!
