HEAR THIS: IYES

When we first got our ears on Brighton’s latest electronic duo IYES, we immediately knew that

there was something special

about them. Despite only having two tracks on their soundcloud, both of which are demos, there was still an undeniably fresh and shimmering nature to be found in each song and we couldn’t help but to simply be blown away. “Glow” is the more upbeat of the two and just as its title suggests, the track is enveloped by luminous textures and vivid bursts of twinkling synths, and that, paired with the effervescent vocal harmonies of members Melis Soyaslanova and Josh Christopher, makes for something wonderfully alluring and infectious.
