Free Trainwreck Riders Download

The Trainwreck Riders are set to release The Perch (Alive Records) on May 12 and based on this free download: Safety Of A Back it seems the guys are experimenting with a new sound. The traditional elements are still there, ie. fiddle and lap steel, but we’re hearing a more straightforward alternative approach. Sounds a bit like The Presidents of the United States of America to us (which is a fun thing). The Perch was recorded with Patrick Brown (The Black Lips, Gomez), and mixed with Jon Kaplan (Ash, Granddaddy).
