The Rogue Wave we knew left the building after Permalight. That album was a total departure from the introspective indie tunes that made them one of our darling faves. Not saying …light was bad, just different. It was a little harder to digest an electro-laden sound coming from them. We’re pleased to see Zach take some initiative and record an album dubbed Come Back To Us (7/26) under the moniker, Release the Sunbird.
