August 20. 2020 | By Wayne Jessup

This week on Tracks, it’s the return of the one and only Shamir Bailey.“I Wonder” is the second single from Shamir, to be released independently in October. Indianapolis trio Wife Patrol is up next with “Let’s Hang Out”, from their debut LP Too Prickly For This World, out 9/4.

Two Tracks alumni carry us forward.: Toronto’s Maryam Said is Poolblood. Last October we spotlighted “Dreamer”, from her Yummy EP. Now she’s back with a remix of”I’m Sorry (ft: Louie Short + Eliza Niemi)”.

Australian duo Divide & Dissolve grabbed our attention last November with “Prove It”. Now they’re bringing the noise with new single “RVR”, just released on Saddle Creek.

Finishing off this week on the highest of notes, it’s the unstoppable Lamont Thomas, aka Obnox, with “Young Neezy”, from the epic double LP Savage Raygun, a June release on Ever/Never Records.
