HEAR THIS: Wymond Miles

Wymond Miles has taken some time from his regular gig as lead guitarist for San Francisco’s garage-psych standouts The Fresh & Onlys to put together some music of his own. Under The Pale Moon, his first full-length was released June 12th (check our review here). It’s much more accessible than his earlier EP with inviting instrumental arrangements and Bowie-esque vocals. The music also has a definite rock ‘n roll streak that evokes the ’60s, and a pop streak that brings the ’80s to mind — at least as we imagine them.
