PICTURE THIS: Ben Kweller, Sleeper Agent @ Great American Music Hall, SF 4/26/12

Ben Kweller played Great American Music Hall on Thursday in support of his new album, Go Fly A Kite (we also interviewed Ben Kweller last week. Check it out here). After heading in a country direction for his previous album, Ben returned to harder hitting pop rock for this latest release. The set focused on material from the album, but also included fan favorites “Sundress,” “Wasted and Ready,” and “Falling.” Kentucky-based rock band Sleeper Agent played an extremely energetic and catchy opening set that clearly demonstrated why the group has been receiving lots of attention recently, and Noah Gundersen (accompanied by his sister, Abby) began the night with an indie folk set.
